She is built with steel hull and aluminum superstructure This custom displacement yacht is equipped with an ultra-modern stabilization system which reduces roll motion effect and results in a smoother more enjoyable cruising experience. She features ‘at anchor stabilizers’ which work at zero speed to increase on board comfort at anchor and on rough waters. With a cruising speed of 20 knots, a maximum speed of 21.5 knots and a range of 6000nm from her 1000000litre fuel tanks, she is the perfect combination of performance and luxury.
Eclipse has three tenders, a swimming pool, many jacuzzis, 2 helipads, a cinema, 24 cabins equipped with bulletproof glass, a submarine and a system for detecting missiles. This boat has a crew of 50, some of whom are ex-Russian special forces.

The yacht is also possibly equipped with an ‘anti-paparazzi shield’, as activated by camera flashlights, which prevents some photography when operating by using lasers aimed directly at the offending cameras to overexpose unwanted photographs.

Eclipse's interior layout sleeps up to 36 guests in 18 staterooms, 17 VIP staterooms. She is also capable of carrying up to 92 crew on board to ensure a relaxed luxury yacht experience.
